Rockstar has a big history with including fan theories into their next projects (big foot, ghosts, aliens, etc etc). GTA 5 though doesn't really have any fan theories left over that could be ported over into gta6, but vice city had a huuuge leatherface myth. I think it'd be a perfect inclusion
