I hope the witness system is more lenient towards your actions
in rdr2, even if you just bump into someone, or just push them a little, the other npcs around you would instantly report you for unarmed assault or disturbing a peace. They even report you for normal self defense, which is very annoying. Now, I don’t how ppl were back in the late 1800s but I feel like in the modern world, for such minor things like simply pushing someone a little or just bumping into someone, the ppl who see you doing these actions would straight up call the cops on you. I think in today’s world, people would either watch u, record you, walk away, or try to calm things down,
