This game is set in an alternative universe Florida, which potentially means extreme weather events like hurricanes. We have seen glimpses of stormy weather in the reveal trailer, so assuming that translates into the actual game, we very well may get to experience the chaos of a hurricane in GTA. I can already imagine a climactic plot-relevant heist or some such occurring during a heavy storm. It would be awesome.
