Dynamic in-game radio
Rockstar stated that the music in GTA 6 will have a dynamic score. They haven't done a technical breakdown yet but GTA 6 will have an instrumental background soundtrack that plays during missions and free roam- separate from your car radio. (Like RDR2) In trailer 1, its got tons of TikTok/Instagram-style reels. Notice how the audio completely changes during those clips? It sounds compressed, tinny, and lacks heavy bass—exactly like it would if you were listening to a real video on a smartphone.
