Different Police Agencies can respond to the same crime
In the Extended Look I found it interesting that in the scene of the Jewery Robbery not only Vice City PD responds (White and Blue Crown vics) but also Vice Beach PD as well (Black and White Truck and all white Muscle car). These are two different police departments based in two different real PDs in real life, from 2 different cities, Miami and Miami Beach municipalities. I would think that the PDs would have map borders that would define which department to engage to the player depending on which area the crime happened, but this scene makes it much more interesting. Perhaps there's overlap
