I’ve seen people describe Jason as bland or lacking much of a personality but I think that’s largely the point of his character. He’s deliberately written to be fairly open-ended, so that players can project their own personalities, choices and interpretations onto him. Rather than having a really strong, defined personality that dictates how he should act, he’s more of a blank canvas that people can shape through roleplay It’s obviously subjective whether that makes him an interesting character but I don’t think his lack of a particularly distinctive personality is accidental.
