Do you think they will announce Online prior to the game's release?
There's heavy speculation that Project ROME is what GTAVI online will be. Which seems to make sense because it can allow GTAV online to continue to exist until it's natural conclusion but also build a new MMO that will become their primary product. It's clear they're marketing GTAVI as a single player experience which makes me think they will want to market the new Online as a new game in GTAVI's engine. So we might not hear anything about it for a while. That being said, GTA online wasn't announced until a month before GTAV's release so they might still do so prior to release.
