Different license plates
I think people might be reading too much into the different license plates in the GTA 6 trailers. Some are taking them as hints that we’ll be able to travel to different states/cities. As someone who lives in Florida, seeing out of state plates here is completely normal. We get tons of tourists, snowbirds, and people driving down from other states. If Rockstar is trying to make Leonida feel like Florida, having cars with different state plates actually makes perfect sense just for realism. Could they be hints? Sure.
