I have a theory about the Collector's box and the game
Now, this doesn't directly connect to the game itself, but I believe the Collector's box isn't actually meant to be sold but instead a bit of price anchoring. Think about it, the ultimate edition of gta6 is 100 USD, which seems expensive, and R* heard that. Now, what was released a couple of weeks later after the extended look is the Collector's box, which is 400 USD and doesn't include the game. Now that the ultimate or standard edition looks cheaper and inticicing, it's price anchoring, not complete consuming greed(ok, a little greed). The Collector's box is made to make the game look cheape
