Raymond
Am I the only one hoping that Raymond has a significant role in the game? His actor did a fantastic job in that opening scene, he is loyal to a fault, and showed concern for others by helping Jason and Lucia escape and being apologetic to the old lady. Plus he he has a sick ass gun. He seems like a potentially great character and friend of Jason and Lucia. He gives off Dwayne from GTA IV vibes.
