Brian didn't introduce J/L to Raul. (theory)
The extended look from three weeks ago was of course purposefully and carefully cut to make it seem as if that was the case, and it very well may be, but here's my take on it. I may have missed some line that connects the two, but it seems to me that it's just heavily implied, but never explicitly confirmed that Raul is the person Brian is introducing Jason and Lucia to. Raul is not mentioned before he shows up in the car, and Brian is never mentioned after. There is (as far as I can tell) no voice line that ties them together definitely.
