In the beginning of the Extended Look, Jason and Lucia are on a pick up run for Boobie Ike and their contact is Raymond. Once they meet Raymond, apparently shits going south and this isn't the right time for them to be stopping by. A phone call comes in and we eventually learn that "Ernesto" is on the line, the phone number is marked "Unknown", probably because it's a burner. But the voice on the phone sounds a whole lot like our buddy Raul, who appears in the next act of the extended look.
