Do you think it's safe to assume that if NPC's are hanging out on rooftops and other tall buildings, that they might be enterable as a player?
I was looking at some of the promo material recently and of course the talk about enterable buildings never ends. I started to think that in a LOT of the promo images, the leaks, trailers, etc, we see NPC's hanging out on top of rooftops with pools, helipads, lounge areas, or just in general, rooftops. If rockstar went through the trouble of having them be up there, I feel like it only makes sense that there will be either a ladder up there, or more likely: A way to get up there yourself. Either via entering the building and taking an elevator, or stairs, whatever. It seems odd that they would
