Controller button mapping: what we know so far
From reading what Rob Nelson has said and studying the latest video, plus inferring a little from RDR2 (which looks to have very similar controls, if you pick the 'standard FPS' preset), I've written down what I think we know about the controller mapping. I've focused on 'on foot' because we know less about the vehicles controls other than that, I think, L1 and R1 are mapped to 'aim' and 'shoot' respectively when in a car. Anyone got any advances on this? I think it looks pretty good to me. What I'm really interested to see is how you can command NPCs and your partner. We haven't seen how you
