Key West most likely still exists
We know from CL that his map has missing details, he showed it himself when he was teasing map leaks before he started dropping the gameplay stuff a dew days prior. I do think it still exists but just more smaller than what they originally envisioned it to be. We also know how large runways are now, so thats why it seems small, given how huge the airport is in Vice City.
