In the extended look at 8:33 Lucia asks about "the guy" being Brian's old cellmate. Jason adds that he is former "Dominican" intelligence. Brian then gives a job to Lucia, which could be getting a getaway car for Raul. Brian tells Jason his fairground story which can also be foreshadowing GTA VI story but at the moment he is giving warning of Raul's recklessness during heists. You need to "get off" or "pull your chips".
