You can see how long it takes to pass by a minute in one of the leaks.
I know since the extended look released, we are well past the leaks, but what I noticed in the leak "hypercar part 2", you can see how long it takes to pass a minute, or at least a part of it. If you do have the leak you can see the time pop up on the mini map at 55 seconds which shows that it's 7:29PM, which then changes to 7:30 at 1 minute and 2 seconds. That's around (or a little shorter than) 7 seconds and the thing is, it doesn't show how long it was on 7:29PM for too, which could mean two things: that a minute is indeed around 7 seconds and it just popped at that particular min
